Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on inbound product management, customer feedback loops, and internal product development. • Proven track record of managing and optimizing cybersecurity or AI-based products based on customer and market insights. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, protocols, or AI technologies, such as machine learning, data analysis, and automation. • Ability to translate technical concepts and customer feedback into clear product specifications and development tasks. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring products from concept to completion. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data, market trends, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions. • Familiarity with agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and updates to non-technical stakeholders. • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR) or experience with AI tools and platforms is a plus. • Familiarity with analytics tools to track product usage and performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
