• We are in an exciting stage of evolution as the marketing and technology patterns for how e-commerce storefronts are built and optimized increasingly leverages many different technologies from various developers (internal and external). • We must deliver tangible value to our global customers as their digital channel increases its share of impact on their revenue. • Yottaa’s Product team will do this through relentless pursuit of our mission to optimize every digital experience. • Yottaa’s vision is to deliver software that intelligently controls, enhances, and protects consumer’s engagement with their favorite brand, our customer. • In this role, you will work with our customers, prospects and partners to bring to market additional website performance features delivered via a service worker and related browser technologies. • Driven by market insights, you’ll support expanding on our product vision and strategy and lead development, enablement, and the launch of new or enhanced features measured by an increase in net annual recurring revenue and adoption by Yottaa customers. • You should be a driven product manager experienced in guiding product development or have deep technical acumen with customer service or support in the web performance space.
• Strong product management or related web performance improvement experience at fast growing technology companies. • Proven track record of researching and identifying customer/market business problems, assessing market potential and problem-market-fit, developing business cases, and determining the right solution to achieve product-market fit. • Demonstrated track record of success in the full lifecycle of product management: market research, product vision and roadmaps, requirements elicitation and elaboration and launching/measuring new features adoption. • Ability to articulate and communicate with customers, partners and internal teams. Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ample experience in collecting customer, prospect, and market feedback, and synthesizing it to inform product, marketing, and implementation decisions. Experience creating business plans and supporting business analysis. • Experience constructing interpersonal relationships across teams, communicating technical content and analytical insights to multiple audiences. • Ability to proactively manage and own market requirements from start to finish. • Data-driven with the analytical abilities to identify opportunities and drive core KPI analysis. • Experience with Pendo or similar in-product analytics and messaging tools. • Experience with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) is a plus. • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
