Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Experience managing Agile Scrum teams in a software development process • Experience managing large and cross-functional projects in a complex, policy-driven environment • Experience managing software development projects to update legacy software and new user workflows • Strong customer engagement, networking, and communication skills • Senior-level experience in Product Owner or Product Manager positions bringing public-facing web, data, or cloud products to market • Ability to incorporate and diplomatically resolve conflicting priorities from multiple user groups and technical stakeholders
