Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Deep experience with product management of APIs • Healthcare or claims API experience • Any prior professional exposure with mainframes or COBOL • Impeccable written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to deeply understand and balance design, research, engineering, and stakeholder constraints and priorities • Strong product artifact creation skills • A deep understanding of how to monitor product metrics • Ability to fluidly manage a backlog of user stories and tasks • Interest and experience in building an org-wide product management practice • Desire to learn about government and help make it better • Desire to work at a small company focused on thoughtful growth • Curiosity, scrappiness, patience, and humility
