Requirements

• Ability to analyze, quantify, and articulate the trade-offs of proposed solutions • Deep attention to detail and high degree of ownership • Read, understand, and create technical documentation including API documentation, technical requirements • Data fluency and exposure to BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent • 3+ years of experience in product management or adjacent field (e.g. analyst, engineer) • 2+ years experience in Fintech / Banking technology with a exposure to business or consumer banking, cards, or similar / adjacent areas • Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM or STEM adjacent field including Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering/Software Development • Experience with one or more banking cores / payments systems such as FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry & Associates, Finastra, Unit21, Stripe, Treasury Prime etc. • Experience working with cloud based 3rd Party service providers • STEM Master's degree is a plus • Data analytics knowledge and experience with SQL, R, Python, and or more advanced ETL tools such as Tableau Prep
