• About Us: Cayaba Care is working to drastically change the experience of affected communities by reimagining how we deliver meaningful and compassionate care to expectant moms. • The Head of Product Strategy and Operations is a visionary leader responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our product and ensuring that technology and operations seamlessly support maternal healthcare delivery. • As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), this leader will act as a thought partner to the CEO, leveraging market insights, clinical validation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance our product offering. • This role reports directly to the CEO and will manage the Care Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Technology teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, technology, or a related field; advanced or clinical degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, RN, NP) preferred. • 10–15 years of experience in product strategy, healthcare operations, or technology leadership, with a strong preference for early stage (Series A) startup experience. • Strong expertise in value-based care models, maternal health, and/or population health program development. • Experience working at the intersection of healthcare delivery and technology, with an ability to bridge care team needs with scalable tech solutions. • Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, security, and data integration. • Strong background in iterative product development, particularly in tech-enabled care models. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-impact initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. • Passion for solving problems in maternal health and driving systemic change in healthcare delivery.
