Description

• Product Analysts help build innovative software products for our customers. • Product development is a collaborative effort between engineering, design, product management and other teams. • The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and has a metrics/data-driven analytical mindset. • The Product Analyst role is a launchpad to other Product Management roles including Product Ownership and Product Management. • Data research & analysis involves creatively obtaining and vetting data, developing and executing quantitative analyses with incomplete data, and cross-checking results for inconsistencies. • Define detailed functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases, including gap and impact analyses. • Understand business implications of observations, interviews, and analyses. • Craft polished written communications and deliver oral communications of findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of Product Domain or Product Analyst experience. • Food Production experience desired. • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, communication and writing skills. • Excellent research, critical thinking, follow-through, prioritization and organizational skills. • Data-driven decision maker with attention to detail. • People skills: Diplomatic, empathetic, personable, organized, collaborative, self-starter, relationship-builder.
