📋 Description
• Providing customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels. • Serves as a consultant to customers, offering prompt and tailored solutions to questions and issues. • Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues. • Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels. • Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues as defined. • Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information.
🎯 Requirements
• Native level of German (C1-C2 level) • Fluency in English (at least B2 level) • Outstanding communication skills • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications) • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly • Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills • Team player with a positive attitude • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required • Availability to work on rotational shifts
