📋 Description
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information. • Handle complaints and provide effective solutions. • Maintain accurate records of interactions.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken • Previous customer service experience is a plus. • Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends. • Residency in Portugal (Coimbra or further north is obligatory, there is no relocation assistance for this role. • Ability to travel to Braga for equipment collection. • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal or a job-seeker visa for Portugal
🏖️ Benefits
• Meal allowance: €7.23 per working day, net, paid in a meal card • Health insurance: Available from day 1 (contribution required); free after 6 months • Position Bonus: €20 per month (paid over 12 months) • Extra payment for working on public holidays and Sundays
