📋 Description
• We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our team. • Provide outstanding support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. • Provide support to customers through email, chat, and phone, assisting with product, service, and general inquiries. • Deliver accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer issues. • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary. • Accurately record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
