• Provide efficient and friendly customer support in German via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) • Assist customers with queries, troubleshooting, and provide appropriate solutions • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Achieve set performance targets and contribute to team goals
🎯 Requirements
• B2-level proficiency in German (written and spoken) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Team player with a positive attitude • Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
