• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Provide information about travel services and bookings. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. • Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken • Previous customer service experience is preferred. • Previous sales experience is mandatory! • Ability to work rotational shifts. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. • EU member state passport, a valid residence card for Portugal, an expression of interest or a job-seeker visa (a MUST)
