• About the Organization • Momentus Capital is transforming how capital and investments flow into communities. • The primary function of the Closing Analyst is to coordinate and communicate with third-parties. • Closer will collect all required financials and application documents for closing of loans. • This position is expected to close at least 3-5 loans each month. • Essential Responsibilities include review of closing inventory, communication with stakeholders, documentation collection, and funding process management.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience in a commercial real estate loan closing position • 2 years of experience in a commercial real estate loan closing position • Technical expertise in documentation, collateral perfection and using data base systems • Attention to detail and maintain a clean and organized file • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously • Advanced knowledge of escrow, title, and lender due diligence/verification processes • Laserpro and SBA 504 1st Trust Deed Lending experience preferred • Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time • Demonstrated capacity for independent judgment and sound decision-making in a diverse and complex organizational environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets) is required • Occasional travel to our San Diego office required

Benefits
