Description

• In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our customer’s implementation experience. • The Associate Implementation Specialist is a client facing role that is responsible for facilitating the delivery and execution of onboarding and development services to customers’ users virtually. • The Associate Implementation Specialist performs system configuration activities, ensures end-to-end readiness of the implemented solution, and monitors the onboarding process. • Associates initiate, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding and development plans while matching customer needs with purchased products. • Associate Implementation Specialists resolve issues and/or escalate accordingly, employing CDK Global implementation processes and procedures. • An Associate Implementation Specialist must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for training virtually, problem solving, and a keen attention to detail. • Must work well independently and need minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented. • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. • Must possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Able to work independently on multiple projects and work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines. • Must have the ability to effectively manage the expectations of stakeholders regarding project deliverables. • Experience working with a variety of databases, analyzing data, and creating reports to support data driven decisions. • Experience using JIRA to submit defects and product change requests, and track progress on product changes. • Experience using SQL to access data in a relational database. • Experience using MS Excel to manipulate and prepare data to be used for a variety of purposes. • Experience creating and maintaining internal documentation on business processes. • Must be fast learner that is able to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
