Description

• Manage and execute on-site and remote delivery of CDK software and training • Align CDK configurations with client business requirements • Make best practice recommendations for CDK configurations • Train clients on CDK solutions • Mentor associates and help them grow • Review performance reporting for process improvement opportunities • Consult with client’s staff at all levels • Identify process workflow gaps and create solutions • Advise on best practices to drive dealership efficiency

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in retail automotive • At least 2 years experience with demonstrated success in retail automotive management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficiency with MS Office products • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to transition to working remotely with clients
