📋 Description

• The focus of the Senior Financial Analyst is to ensure our financial reporting is complete, accurate and timely. • This position is also responsible to provide analysis to help upper management make appropriate business decisions. • Works independently with minimal direction. • Supports complex cost and profit centers. • Building and maintaining excel-based SmartView templates, standard excel-based reporting templates and ad-hoc analyses. • Work cross-functionally with Corporate FP&A, Accounting, Field Finance and other organizations to gather, analyze, and present data. • Maintain finance calendar. • Monthly forecasting; prepare consolidating forecast, plan and actual reports at the total North America level for review by FP&A management in preparation for the team to report to senior leadership. • Perform sense checks on business results. • Research monthly variances to plan, forecast and prior year, including running GL Wand reports to access accounting data. • Perform ad hoc modeling and analysis, as needed. • Strategic focus. • Project Implementation and Management. • Planning/Budgeting – Revenue /Expense. • Writing Action Proposals. • Developing Business partnerships with other departments. • Presentation preparation – Quarterly review, Op Plan, etc. • Train and develop less experienced analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5 – 8 years’ experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and accounting • Strong ability in: Excel, Financial Modeling, Analytical skills, Budgeting for Revenue and Expense, Reporting, Communication, Multi Task
