📋 Description
• Own thinking about the company-wide P&L and balance sheet. • Lead our company-wide planning processes. • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders. • Thought-partner with our People and operations teams. • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Drive the design and optimization of finance processes and systems. • Play a key role in corporate initiatives like board meetings, M&A, and capital raises. • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience with a track record of success in corporate FP&A functions. • Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the FinTech sector. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in GAAP. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. • Investment banking and/or private equity experience is a big plus.
