• Drive the CDK approach to gathering, managing and delivering competitive intelligence. • Work across Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams. • Establish a common framework of understanding and communicating competitive insights. • Facilitate comprehensive competitive analyses, including SWOT. • Create and maintain competitive playbooks, battle cards, and training materials. • Deliver training sessions for sales and customer success teams. • Present competitive findings and strategic recommendations for executive leadership. • Manage and optimize competitive intelligence tools and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or a similar strategic role, ideally within B2B SaaS and/or automotive retail. • Prior experience managing a competitive intelligence team or program is a plus. • Knowledge of modern competitive analysis concepts and techniques. • Proven track record of developing and executing competitive intelligence initiatives that enable market differentiation and drive strategic business decisions. • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives across virtual teams. • Excellent communications skills, to both internal and external stakeholders, both oral and written, highly skilled in content creation.
