Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on developing and executing strategies that drive business growth. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. β€’ Strong understanding of the healthcare payments ecosystem, specifically transactions between payors and providers. β€’ Ability to think strategically and align marketing efforts with long-term business goals, focusing on provider satisfaction and growth. β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences, particularly healthcare providers. β€’ Proven track record of working effectively across multiple teams (product, sales, marketing) to execute go-to-market strategies and align on business objectives. β€’ Experience in developing growth initiatives that lead to measurable results. Focus on expanding the provider base and enhancing the user experience. β€’ Strong ability to analyze data, gather insights, and use this information to drive decisions and shape marketing strategies. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Familiarity with product marketing tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms. Experience with analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance is a plus.
