Description

• Steer offers a suite of software tools for today’s automotive repair shop. • We combine a mix of software tools that a repair shop needs to run a highly profitable shop, in one user-friendly, cost-effective platform. • We allow the shop owner to get back to focusing on what matters, and to stop worrying about marketing and customer retention. • Steer began as an online directory for drivers to find a local mechanic. • Now, we have launched a complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing suite. • We provide text messaging, email automation, direct mail integration, reputation management, appointment reminders, declined/recommended services, and more. • In August 2024 Steer acquired AutoOps, the leader in modern scheduling software for auto repair shops.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company. • Strong understanding and experience using Pendo (or similar). • Experience working with software product organizations and a deep understanding of operating in a tech environment. • Experience with upsell and/or onboarding in a product marketing capacity. • Proven experience launching new products with a fully integrated go-to-market plan and execution. • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and customer support best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear communication and approach • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments, especially with creative teams and marketing automation platforms. • Passion for B2B SaaS and the target market's challenges. • Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. • You think from a user’s point of view and want to get better at it all the time.
