Description

• Steer offers a suite of software tools for automotive repair shops. • We allow shop owners to focus on their business without worrying about marketing and customer retention. • Steer has launched a complete CRM marketing suite with various features. • Looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead GTM activities and product growth. • Focus will be on generating leads, increasing customer engagement, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company. • Strong understanding and experience using Pendo (or similar). • Experience working with software product organizations and a deep understanding of operating in a tech environment. • Experience with upsell and/or onboarding in a product marketing capacity. • Proven experience launching new products with a fully integrated go-to-market plan and execution. • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and customer support best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear communication and approach. • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments, especially with creative teams and marketing automation platforms. • Passion for B2B SaaS and the target market's challenges. • Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. • You think from a user’s point of view and want to get better at it all the time.
