Description

• Develop and execute an engaging product marketing strategy for AI-powered call center platform • Partner with executive leadership to align product strategies with business goals • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience • Develop go-to-market strategies for existing and new products, focusing on target audience, positioning and messaging, especially for the US market • Turn technical features into easy-to-understand user guides, release notes, and sales materials • Communicate the value proposition of the platform to different buyers and use-cases • Understand the competitive landscape and be the expert on our competition • Lead vendor briefings and demo sessions for research companies such as Gartner, Forester, IDC • Act as a data highway between customers and product teams with tangible insights and feedback

Requirements

• Experience in marketing of Speech Analytics or Conversational AI solutions • Native English speaker, physically located in the East Coast, North America • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in marketing or business administration is a plus • +5 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong emphasis on high-tech products • Deep understanding of AI, natural language processing, speech recognition, and machine learning • Proficient in data analysis, with an ability to glean insights from user behavior and market trends • Familiar with software development processes and effective collaboration with engineering teams • Desirable Experience: Native English speaker, physically located in North America • Experience working in call center solution vendors or BPOs
