Description

• Saltbox simplifies the hardest parts of running a small online business. • The Senior Growth & Product Marketing Manager will spearhead impactful marketing campaigns, refine messaging, and drive growth through creative, data-driven strategies. • This role is fully remote with quarterly in-person collaboration, working closely with fast-growing eCommerce companies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or product marketing, with expertise in email/database marketing and webinars. • A strong ability to craft compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. • Skilled in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Analytics). • Demonstrated success in using customer insights and performance data to refine marketing strategies and deliver results. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and design teams. • A dynamic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments (eCommerce or SaaS experience is a bonus!).
