β’ Collaborates cross-functionally to define product narrative and support growth. β’ Develops and owns product marketing roadmap. β’ Acts as project lead for product releases. β’ Creates and executes content strategy for product positioning. β’ Leads competitive intelligence and monitors product usage KPIs. β’ Serves as subject matter expert within marketing and advocates for customer use cases.
β’ 4 - 6 years in product marketing, marketing and/or product management in B2B SaaS. β’ Knowledge of the commerce tech market (ecomm, POS, merchandising, inventory management, retail, etc.) with strong preference for at least 2 years of product marketing experience within this category. β’ Ability to thrive in a global team and effectively collaborate cross-functionally. β’ Proficient in technical language enough to effectively collaborate with product. β’ Comfortable working with tools like Gainsight PX, Pendo, Figma, and others. β’ Experience working directly with product managers and senior product leadership is a must. β’ Knowledge and understanding of PLG (Product Lead Growth) principles is an asset. β’ Preference given to candidates with previous experience and exposure to multi-product environments. β’ Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can manage multiple projects in parallel. β’ Outstanding follow-through and project management with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. β’ Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments. β’ Flexes between analytical, strategic thinking and creative storytelling.
