• The Finance & Strategy team partners closely with business leaders to drive understanding and consistency to Apollo’s results. • The role focuses on go-to-market initiatives to support a growing business. • Shape and execute on planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to improve decision-making. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Success, and Support organizations to optimize GTM investments.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in a finance-focused role within GTM functions at a SaaS or high-growth technology company. Experience in equity research, private equity, hedge funds, or investment banking is a plus. • Track record of partnering cross-functionally with GTM leaders and teams, with a focus on understanding business challenges and driving impact. • Experience with planning and budgeting processes, revenue forecasting, operating expense forecasting, P&L management, interpreting and reporting business performance results • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for financial modeling, data analysis, and solving complex problems. • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. • Proficient in using SQL to obtain data to support decision-making; experience with tools such as Looker and Snowflake is a plus. • Experience and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment with a bias towards action.
