Requirements

β€’ 4+ years in email analytics β€’ Required experience working with customer success software like Totango, Braze, Gainsight or Marketing Platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot β€’ Knowledge of Salesforce β€’ Demonstrated history of building production-grade data models that power dashboards and live technology solutions β€’ Strong communication & project management skills and a highly collaborative approach to problem-solving β€’ Expertise in querying, analyzing, and visualizing big datasets via building dashboards using data visualization tools β€’ Strong business intuition with a bias towards action
