📋 Description

• Develop assessment and service solutions for CDW customers. • Collaborate with internal teams and offer consultative guidance. • Maintain strategic relationships as a trusted advisor. • Practice ownership of assigned territory and assist Sales with strategy planning. • Act as a subject matter expert in multiple families of products. • Drive outreach initiatives and mentoring for other SAs. • Develop content for trainings and team huddles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum of five years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role. • Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high quality work with minimal guidance. • Industry knowledge and domain expertise. • Areas of Expertise include: IBM Software, Automation Platform, Data/AI Platform, IBM Power, Mainframe Storage, Hyper Converge Infrastructure, Cloud Environment, Enterprise Networking, Datacenter Networking. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial. • Customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills. • Ability to design comprehensive solutions that address customer requirements. • Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed.
