• Work closely with revenue leadership on initiatives to drive performance and implement the go-to-market strategy • Partner with cross-functional teams: Finance, HR, Product, Operations, and Impact teams to streamline processes and establish efficient workflows • Support sales forecasting and is a key player in strategic planning • Build strong relationships with sales teams to drive adoption of revenue operations processes, partnering with leaders to remove obstacles and enhance performance • Have experience in quota-setting and managing sales compensation for various revenue functions; oversees commission payments • Deliver ongoing and ad hoc reporting on metrics, providing trend analysis and actionable insights • To prepare key revenue metrics and visual reports for quarterly board meetings • Continuously optimize territory strategy, defining and enforcing engagement rules • Manage the revenue tool stack (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav) for enhanced revenue outcomes • Oversee CRM management and ensures accurate reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role in a B2B technology company • Highly skilled in managing both Hubspot and Salesforce, as well data analysis tools • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process improvement • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across team • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
