• Develop technical marketing content, including white papers, technical briefs, solution guides, presentations, blog posts, and website content. • Create and deliver technical demonstrations, webinars, and videos showcasing product features and benefits. • Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure accurate and up-to-date technical information. • Develop and deliver technical training and presentations to sales teams, partners, and customers. • Create competitive analysis and positioning documents. • Provide technical support for sales and marketing activities, including customer meetings and trade shows. • Build and maintain demo environments. • Research and analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer requirements. • Provide feedback to product management and engineering on market needs and product improvements. • Monitor and report on competitor activities. • Support product launches by developing technical marketing materials and conducting training sessions. • Act as a technical subject matter expert during product launches. • Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical needs and provide solutions. • Participate in customer forums and industry events. • Gather customer feedback and relay that information to the product team.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies, including routing, switching, security, network management, orchestration, provisioning, and telemetry. • Knowledge of GPU and dense storage technologies is a plus • Experience with the SONiC Network Operating System (NOS) • Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, VXLAN OSPF, ROCEv2, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong presentation and public speaking skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with creating and delivering technical demos and webinars. • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools. • Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar certifications is a plus. • Desired Skills: Experience with scripting languages (Python, etc.) • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Experience with network virtualization and software-defined networking (SDN).
