Description

• Responsible for supervising field technicians and monitoring their work progress to achieve production goals. • Evaluate area for staffing needs. • Interview, hire, and train new employees in area • Ability to prioritize workflow and communicate priorities to technicians effectively • Assist technicians with any production questions or problems that may arise • Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development • Understand the HR function within an organization and work within those guidelines • Travel within the area to meet with technicians on a regular basis • Help with all areas of the production when necessary • Required to perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Compliance with complete background check including good driving record • Maintain a current/active driver’s license • Strong organizational and time management skills to work independently • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with supervisor, co-workers, staff and customers • Working knowledge of basic computers and office programs as required to perform job duties • Ability to read and write effectively • Previous experience in a supervisory position, required • High school diploma or equivalent
