Description

β€’ The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering every project on time and within the set budget and work scope β€’ Plan and oversee successful execution of special projects from start to completion β€’ Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning multiple lines of business β€’ Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand organizational capabilities β€’ Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all project phases β€’ Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes β€’ Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for requested goods and services β€’ Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline β€’ Perform performance reviews and staff development β€’ Effectively plan and control assigned projects by monitoring progress, managing procurement, and job costs β€’ Develop and maintain project schedule and budget β€’ Prepare monthly progress reports β€’ Review all associated contracts, specifications, drawings, scope of work, estimates, and requirements, and prepare a project plan for review β€’ Conduct month-end financial reviews, including job cost review β€’ Oversee assignment of projects to staff members for effective resource utilization

Requirements

β€’ Experience with larger financial instructions, preferably within the ATM lines of business β€’ At least five years of PM experience β€’ Ability to connect the dots with projects from beginning to end β€’ Ability to see potential issues from macro and micro levels and establish procedures to mitigate these in advance of projects β€’ Learn from past and future challenges to constantly fine-tune project scopes and details β€’ Commitment to customer satisfaction β€’ Proficient communicator to internal associates and external customers β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to read plans β€’ Proficient in Adobe a plus β€’ Proficient in SharePoint a plus β€’ Customer service oriented β€’ Possess leadership skills with a drive to mentor and grow a team β€’ Highly organized with the ability to multi-task β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) β€’ Great time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines β€’ Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing
