Description

• Responsible for analytical data needs • Handle complex data requests, reports, and predictive data modeling • Analyze health management programs including data collection, validation and outcome measurement • Financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data analysis • IRS, CMS, HHSC, HEDIS reporting • Internal data cleansing and data reconciliation analysis • Trend analysis in various functional areas of health care management • Create reports through MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL using Business Objects • Produce reports for senior management and internal/external stakeholders • Gather and interpret business requirements • Execute data changes and update core systems • Manage multiple projects and communicate risks to management • Assist with training of lower level Data Analysts • Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience • 1+ years of related IT experience preferred, including data warehouse, coding or ETL experience.
