Description

• Assists with the design and development of scalable solutions using AI tools and machine-learning models. • Performs research and testing to develop machine learning algorithms and predictive models. • Utilizes big data computation and storage tools to create prototypes and datasets. • Conducts model training and evaluation. • Integrates, tests, tunes, and monitors solutions. • Works alongside internal customers requesting AI/ML capabilities to understand business objectives. • Analyzes use cases of ML algorithms and applies findings to enable business decisions. • Writes moderately complex SQL and Python/R code to extract data from various databases. • Explores and visualizes data to gain an understanding and verify data quality. • Conducts exploratory data analysis to build key data sets for operational analysis. • Builds ML/AI models using common methods within R and Python. • Analyzes ML algorithms that could solve problems and ranks them by success probability. • Develops AI/ML models to distinguish relevant content and recognize patterns. • Analyzes model errors and designs strategies to overcome them. • Designs AI/ML models to predict member outcomes based on key decisions. • Evaluates and designs experiments to monitor model metrics and identify improvement opportunities. • Communicates research analysis results to non-technical partners. • Produces fairness reviews for developed models to ensure they are unbiased. • Sets up CI/CD pipelines for model automation. • Develops logging, alerting, and mitigation strategies for model errors. • Produces clean and readable code optimized for performance. • Completes deployment integration testing for seamless deployment. • Maintains and supports AI/ML patterns by reviewing and solving issues.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science). • Requires 2 – 4 years of related experience. • Experience with SQL (Programming Language) • Experience with Machine Learning; Machine Learning Algorithms; Statistics • Experience with Python (Programming Language); R (Programming Language) • Knowledge of Continuous Integration; Software Engineering
