Description

• Report to and provide support for the OIR Administrative Office. • Assist the OIR AO Staff and provide support for daily operations and workflow. • Provide calendar management and data call consolidation and distribution for the OIR AO. • Assist in planning and coordinating OIR AO meetings. • Manage and file invoices and other procurement documents. • Perform data entry and retrieval in NBS. • Review travel authorization preparation. • Assist with purchase request preparation. • Enter award nominations in system. • Assist with property and timekeeping. • Provide document formatting for Excel, Adobe, and Word documents. • Answer phone and direct calls to the appropriate personnel. • Provide SharePoint site oversight and maintenance. • Maintain OIR AO office supplies and oversee copier maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• High School Diploma plus FOUR (4) years of additional experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. • Three (3) years of experience. • Experience performing administrative-related tasks. • Competency in Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and WebEx. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational skills.
