Description

• Leads the technical efforts to create Enterprise-class data assets • Produces reports and performs quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues • Combines reports with subject-matter expertise to deliver coherent, insightful takeaways • Leads the BI solution architecture that accurately translates business requirements to technology solutions • Oversees technical execution of business analysis activities to fulfill strategic business needs • Delivers complex project setups, analysis, data flows, designs for customers • Conducts extensive research and recommendations on BI products, services, and standards • Performs programming, quality assurance reviews, documentation, system deployment, training • Expertly leads the implementation of the BI architecture as a core asset at Centene • Collaborates with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) • 5 – 7 years of related experience or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position • Experience with Business Intelligence; Data Analysis; Microsoft Azure; SAS; SQL; Statistical Analysis Systems • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio; User Flows; Workflows
