β€’ Provides support with various activities and projects β€’ Track and coordinate projects to ensure prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives β€’ Act as a liaison between department and project management software or key project personnel β€’ Coordinate various projects as assigned β€’ Assist in ensuring compliance with departmental policies β€’ Coordinate with key personnel to perform functions as determined by departmental needs β€’ May act as backup to the Administrative Assistant function

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent β€’ Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience β€’ 3+ years of administrative experience providing support to two or more people simultaneously β€’ Project Coordination experience preferred
