📋 Description

• Provides assistance to members and prospects with related member issues to rectify them efficiently. • Tracks and documents every interaction accurately in the member's account. • Responds to customer's calls within designated time frames and performs troubleshooting procedures. • Clarifies customer's inquiry and determines the cause of the problem. • Selects and explains the best solution to solve the concern and expedites correction or adjustment as needed. • Completes all necessary paperwork and documentation; provides education to call for more effective troubleshooting in the future. • Develops and utilizes a filing and retrieval system to access records or information.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish, Russian, or Chinese strongly preferred. • High School Diploma required. • AA/AS - Associates Degree preferred. • Two to five years Customer Service experience required. • Two to five years of Customer Service in Healthcare experience preferred. • Driver’s License may be required by some plans. • Specific language skills may be required by some plans. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access; Lotus Notes; Internet. • Proficiency in one or more languages other than English. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Skilled to communicate with all levels of management, internal and external customers. • Ability to work well as a member of a team or alone.
