• Responsible for ensuring business processes related to risk adjustment are developed and carried out based on plan risk adjustment opportunity • Supervise internal member outreach efforts • Work with provider offices on risk adjustment education opportunities • Monitor corporate outreach vendors on retro chart chase and Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) • Develop outreach materials and plan outreach efforts • Work with Corporate Data team to ensure suspecting lists are accurate and complete
• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or applicable experience in lieu of education • 3+ years of experience in risk adjustment • LPN or RN strongly preferred • Medical record collection experience strongly preferred • Previous leadership experience strongly preferred • CPHQ certification strongly preferred
