• Provides in-depth business knowledge and technical support through analysis/reporting • Serves as subject matter expert on business systems/applications • Analyzes company functions and processes for improvement • Documents development requirements and consults end users • Develops ad-hoc reports and analyses data processes • Recommends solutions to management for technical alternatives • Creates robust database solutions and oversees departmental projects • Provides guidance and training to staff
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 4+ years in relevant programming (SAS, SQL, VB.NET, Oracle) • 3+ years in business analysis • license in SAS or equivalent certification preferred • Master's degree may substitute up to 2 years of required experience
