Description

• Provide business analysis expertise for assigned product(s) • Develop project plans and represent business users to the delivery team • Analyze business processes and determine effective business systems technology • Document business functions, processes and procedures • Facilitate solution selection and provide necessary information for decision making • Support end-user feedback activities, user acceptance testing, and documentation • Mentor less-senior analysts on the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science or equivalent • Minimum of five years experience writing complex SQL queries • Experience with R and/or Python • Extensive experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos Analytics, VBA, Dataiku, Domino • Business process mapping and requirements gathering/documentation skills • Ability to work as an individual contributor and collaborate in fast-paced environments • Excellent communication skills
