Description

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of hands-on experience using quantitative and qualitative analysis β€’ 1+ year of contact centers and self-service channels experience β€’ communicate ideas to senior executives β€’ desire to work on team deliverables β€’ demonstrated ability to guide and manage customer transformation efforts β€’ knowledge of statistical concepts and applications β€’ Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university with four to six years of consulting or analytics experience β€’ advanced to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
