Description

• Supports enterprise initiatives as a systems analyst and technical writer • Provides in-depth business knowledge and IAM subject matter expertise • Analyzes company functions to improve business applications • Ensures project team alignment using established documentation processes • Designs, builds, implements IAM capabilities for cross-platform projects • Develops and documents standard operating procedures and IAM standards • Gathers data, tracks trend metrics, and implements changes • Identifies opportunities for continuous process improvement • Develops IAM specific detailed technical requirements and designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field • 4 – 6 years of related experience • Advanced proficiency in Visio and Excel • Technical requirements and specification writing • Data analysis and management • Experience with IAM tools: SailPoint, Azure/Entra ID, Ping, Duo, CyberArk, Conjur • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Alteryx and other Data Analytics tools • Knowledge of complex IAM domain and concepts • Certified Identity Access Manager preferred
