Description

• Manages Centene's computer systems and networks. • Manages vendor evaluations, modifies and/or debugs vendor-supplied utilities and packages. • Prepares technical documentation for telecommunications, network, and system software applications. • Defines system and product requirements and generates software / hardware performance and reliability specifications and requirements. • Leads the evaluation, design, and integration of all enhancements or new releases of the system. • Leads the enhancement of processes, procedures, and policies relating to systems functioning and performance. • Meets with management team of multiple functional areas and vendors on planning, upgrading, testing, securing, and servicing IT solutions. • Designs and implements architecturally compliant system landscapes. • Develops, modifies, tests, implements, documents, and maintains systems software and hardware. • Troubleshoots and resolves server, operating system, and other infrastructure problems. • Monitors systems and networks for viruses, malfunctions, and errors. • Prepares network analytics, data reports, and operational manuals. • Performs troubleshooting and remediation, ensures successful project implementation, and performs post project end user support. • Manages project timelines, budgets, and documentation. • Trains the engineering team on new systems, protocols, and best practices. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) • 4 – 6 years of related experience • CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional preferred • Experience with Cyber Security, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authorities, FSLogix containers and OS technologies • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation • Experience with MS Azure or other cloud hosting solutions • Experience with XenServer, VMWare or Nutanix Hypervisor • Experience designing, planning, implementing and administration Citrix Hybrid Server Multi Site Farms.
