• Manage all aspects of vendor activity • Lead the direct management of vendors supporting Centene members • Ensure operation integrity, including compliance with all policies and procedures for the Health Plan • Oversee vendor performance and compliance • Develop correction action and quality improvement plans as needed • Support the research and resolution of disputes • Conduct recurring meetings to review and monitor vendor performance • Serve as a critical thought partner in contract negotiations and vendor RFI’s, RFP’s, SOW’s, etc. • Assist with the onboarding and transition of new vendors • Managing relationships with vendor partners to promote and maintain a high engagement • Manage staff and oversee their growth and development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in vendor managed care or the health insurance field • Experience with reporting and analyzing data • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Project management experience preferred
