• Guides oversight of activities managed by a delivery pod / application team • Works closely with Product Owners to ensure delivery pod members are working on highest priority items • Provides hands-on coaching to support agile practices • Supports Scrum team(s) in delivering sprint goals • Partners with product owner for backlog definition
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field • 4 – 6 years of related experience • SAFe Scrum Master Certification required • Certified Agile Practitioner or equivalent certifications preferred
