• Responsible for defining and driving enterprise architecture strategy • Oversee department staff including hiring and performance management • Develop budgets and priorities • Coordinate plans and activities with senior leaders and suppliers • Anticipate and analyze customer needs • Apply process and business expertise to impact results • Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategy to support business objectives • Establish architecture governance processes • Maintain business architecture and capabilities • Create and maintain technology blueprint • Ensure alignment and integration of architectural solutions • Lead and mentor a team of architects • Identify and mitigate architectural risks • Develop and track KPIs
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of diverse IT experience • Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare payer industry • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), cloud computing, data management, and cybersecurity • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail • In-depth understanding of the healthcare payer industry, including regulatory requirements and industry standards
