Description

• Provides direct supervision to entry and/or processing staff • Monitors and directs workflow to meet organizational objectives • Develops policies and procedures to improve efficiencies • Interfaces with internal staff and customers • Completes special projects as required • Ensures quality effectiveness by monitoring reports • Responds to customer inquiries and tracks issues • Performs quality control work and provides coaching to staff • Handles escalated telephone calls • Works on special projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum two years direct supervisory experience including hiring and firing authority for minimum of ten associates • Two years experience in healthcare or production environment required
