Requirements

• Must have previous facilitation experience in call center sales environments and working knowledge of system processes to ensure successful delivery of training • Proven experience as a virtual facilitator or similar role, with a strong understanding of online facilitation best practices. • Experience in Medicare and ACA • Excellent verbal, written and calendar maintenance skills with the experience of creating and conducting effective presentations • Prior call center leadership experience • Ability to employ effective engagement techniques to transfer ownership of the learning experience to the participants • Detail oriented and exhibit proficiency in follow-up and time management skills • Have good attendance and flexible schedule to train in hours that meet business needs • Ability to utilize innovative approach to facilitation through knowledge of adult learning methodologies • Create and maintain an effective learning environment through facilitative leadership • 2+ year experience in designing and developing training content • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite • Active Health Insurance License • Up to date on Continuing Education Coursework • Corporate Trainer Certified (Preferred) • College Degree (Preferred) • This role is available for individuals who reside in and have their Resident State License in one of the following states: FL, NC, TN, TX, GA, MA, or UT • This is a remote position and candidates should be comfortable working in a virtual environment. • Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate participants from different time zones
