• About the role: • The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the Benefits department. • This role supports the Benefits Manager and provides exceptional customer service to all employees. • The Benefits Specialist addresses Benefit related issues and ensures the effective utilization of company systems, tools, and resources to create a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in employee benefits administration. • Experience in administering employee benefits programs. • Ability to manage objectives and initiatives while supporting the Benefits team. • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or GoogleSheets • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. • Demonstrate competency in using technology effectively. • Ability to work with employees at all levels of experience and seniority within the organization, maintaining discretion in handling sensitive employee benefits matters. • High School Diploma or GED required • Experience in supporting vendor management, including managing to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), is required.
