Requirements
• Demonstrated ability working in Benefits Administration and/or Human Resources • Knowledge of HR systems, benefits, and reporting modules strongly preferred (Workday a plus) • Excellent organization, written and verbal skills • Proficient in Excel • Good judgment and ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with global partners • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust quickly to shifting priorities • Ability to problem-solve and introduce process improvements • High awareness of and respect for critical and confidential Human Resources data • CEBS preferred
