Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with core platform systems, including leadership roles managing teams and driving strategy. • Significant hands-on experience with HealthRules Payer. • Demonstrated success leading optimization initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership. • Proven ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operations effectively. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with system configuration and support within core platform systems. • Significant hands-on experience with HealthRules Payer. • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working across diverse teams. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
